• We are absolutely comfortable hiring and training practitioners fresh out of school. *We have intentionally structured our provider schedules to mitigate the risk of burnout. Traditional jobs are 10 sessions/week, 5 days/week in the office or maybe you are driving around in your car doing essentially the same thing. We know from experience that this is a recipe for burnout. At Pareto you will have the opportunity to engage in daily Team rounds, weekly Care Rounds, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Principal Care Management, Chronic Care Management, Telemedicine, Procedures, Point of Care Ultrasonography, Pap Smears and Home Visits. *For new practitioners working at Pareto is like participating in a well-paid (with quality and shared savings bonuses) Population Health Management residency or fellowship. *For established Practitioners this is an opportunity to get back to what you most missed about medicine, to solidify current skills and to add new ones as you explore Population Health Medicine. *You will be well paid for the work that you do, this includes quality and shared saving bonuses in addition to your base salary. *Pareto Clinic is a rapidly growing, innovative community-based healthcare center.
