Job Description

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

Exceptional attention to detail and strong grammar skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on tasks of all sizes

Typing speed of at least 70+ words per minute

What You'll Do:

Work on-site five days a week at the company's new corporate location in Boston, MA

Create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, VIPs, and C-suite executives at the reception desk

Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service

Draft presentations, communications, and documents using Microsoft Office tools

Take notes during confidential meetings when required

Manage executive calendars and prioritize key deliverables

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

Maintain office supplies and ensure pantries, conference rooms, and workspaces are organized

Oversee office security, including visitor management, badge access, and security camera monitoring

Assist with new employee onboarding, including ID badge distribution and workspace setup
