Job Description

LaSalle Network is working with a client in Madison, WI looking to hire a remote EPIC Certified Analyst. The EPIC Certified Analyst position is offering competitive pay and an opportunity to work with one of the Nation’s top 100 Great Hospitals! This is a remote role.

EPIC Certified Analyst Responsibilities:

Responsible for in-depth knowledge of the Epic System software and are the primary liaison between user community and the Epic application
Conduct regular day-to-day communications, review the software and exhibit a deep understanding of the business operations and work with Epic, the Epic Application Team(s), Operations, vendors and end users to tailor the application to the organizations’ requirements
Responsible for the developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with the Epic applications
Provides technical expertise related to Epic Clarity administration and configuration
Performs troubleshooting and analysis related to Epic Clarity configuration
Works with the Epic and Oracle/SQL Server DBA teams and/or vendors to escalate and resolve issues

EPIC Certified Analyst Requirements:

3+ years previous experience with EPIC analytics and reporting
EPIC Software Experience (Certifications Required)
Experience managing and supporting multiple projects and implementations
Extensive knowledge of reporting programs and application tools including Epic Reporting Workbench, Epic Clarity, Chronicles, Crystal Reports and Business Objects
Experience working with Microsoft SQL a plus
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of hospital operations, procedures/functions and the relationships between them
