Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team! This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home with a schedule that can be tailored to fit your lifestyle. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries about reservation requests, pricing, availability, and services.
  • Accurately input customer information and booking details into booking systems, ensuring all reservations are correctly processed.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, changes, and concerns regarding their travel plans.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, products, and services to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve any complex reservation issues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous customer service or reservations experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Experience with reservation software or CRM systems (preferred, but not required).
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
