Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Participate in an intensive training program to learn about marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Team Leadership: Assist in managing day-to-day operations and lead a team to achieve company goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Campaign Management: Help execute promotional marketing campaigns and events for clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor team and campaign performance, offering feedback and support to improve results.
• Staff Support: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as the company expands.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer service challenges and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
