We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Employee Health Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Employee Health Services department. The Director will be responsible for setting and achieving the department's strategy, goals, and objectives. Additionally, the Director will establish and maintain efficiency, effectiveness, workflow, and systems for the areas managed.
Compensation:$145,000 - $165,000
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing, master’s degree (MSN) preferred
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Minimum five (5) years nursing experience working in a Employee Health setting required
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
Current Nurse Practitioner certification in specialty area
Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
Current CNOR/CRNFA certification (if applicable)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
