The Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab (CR) is responsible for safe and effective services for all clients and employees, through overseeing the performance of the CR. The Director oversees all programs and staff within the CR Department. The Director is responsible for hiring, evaluation, supervision, and termination of CR employees. In addition, this position will be expected to be involved with interdepartmental projects and hospital initiatives. The Director ensures provision of services, for each reporting department, in collaboration with the referring physician and in accordance with the objectives and policies of Graham Hospital and the governing organizations. This position reports directly to the VP of Quality/CIO.
Bachelor’s Degree in an Allied Health field, business administration, or a graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience.
