Job Summary: (Not Remote)

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage our digital advertising and online presence across multiple platforms, including Google Business Profiles, Meta Ads, Google, Google Reviews, Bing PPC, and Over-The-Top (OTT) media. The in-office role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on approach in running campaigns and analyzing performance data to inform and optimize our digital strategies. Additionally, this person will promote our company’s software and products, enhancing brand awareness and driving engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Profiles: Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate representation and high visibility in search results.
• Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing PPC, and OTT channels.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports to measure key metrics, providing insights for future optimization.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze metrics from various platforms to gauge effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Work with internal teams to align digital strategies with broader company goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associates degree or greater in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.

Experience:

• More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing PPC, and OTT media.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of PPC and digital ad performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
