Destination Expertise:

  • Stay informed about wedding trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide clients with the latest information.
  • Make recommendations for unique and personalized wedding experiences.

Training and Development:

  • Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification.
  • Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after the wedding, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple wedding itineraries simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in booking details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in email correspondence and virtual communication tools.
  • Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and necessary software for remote work.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Personal experience with travel is a huge plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required.
