WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representatives to join our warm and friendly customer service team, based out of our KL Offices. You will be responsible for achieving goals in the development of customers, and through leading and coaching the customer service and operations specialist team members.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- To provide information about the products and services to the customer.
- To meet customer needs and expectations.
- To educate the customer on current campaign that we represent.
- To Create brand awareness to the public.
- Managing a dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Coaching team members in effective customer service, product knowledge, new marketing campaigns,
- Ensuring the right recruitment and effective onboarding of new team members
- Reliable and efficient Order Processing and Service Excellence
- Working with senior across the business
- Driving a strong team culture

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Excellent customer service skills, with team leadership experience being advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and process orientation required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
- Persistence and drive to implement despite obstacles
- Ability to handle large work volume, multiple priorities, and ability to meet strict deadlines required
