We’re looking for a  Creative Director  who will be the driving force behind our brand identity, marketing strategy, and creative execution. Supporting both Climate First Bank and OneEthos (and any potential future companies under our holding company), you will build and scale a high-performing marketing department, develop compelling campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative leader with the ability to execute, innovate, grow a team over time, and the commitment to helping us shape the future of finance.

Compensation In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. To determine the specific salary offered for this role, we consider industry salary ranges, existing salary structures for this job family, background, skill and experience. What You’ll Contribute as a Creative Director

  • Strategic Leadership – You develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with our mission, values, and growth objectives. Understanding the unique requirements for the look and feel of Marketing communications in a financial institution and fintech along with proven concepts for SEO Marketing and strategic placements, you take both day-to-day designs and our overall strategy to new heights.
  • Sales Integrator – You build your department in support of the sales efforts of two very sales driven organizations. Your strong working knowledge of financial products and services shapes your creative and strategic direction and allows you to act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
  • Team Building and Management – You build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team. Leveraging your passion for excellence and data driven leadership, you align your team under our creative vision and help drive our pursuit of excellence and efficiency.
  • Brand Stewardship – You own the brand development and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, in-branch, and community engagement.
  • Digital Innovation – Executing our vision of being a trailblazer at the intersection of finance and technology, you design and implement digital transformation initiatives, including website redesigns, social media strategy, and digital advertising.
  • Performance & Analytics – You understand Marketing as a creative science rooted in numbers and analytics. You know what works and what doesn’t, and you have the numbers and reports to prove it. You understand that every campaign is only as good as the data we can derive from it and build the department around KPI’s, data-driven insights and ROI.

  • Protect our Organization and our Customers You quickly pursue and demonstrate an understanding of all established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, but especially those defined by BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC. Recognizing the importance of protecting the organization and our customers, you will question suspicious activity and stay in close collaboration with our Compliance department to ensure proper investigation and processing of potentially fraudulent activity. You will stay informed on legal context and regulatory requirements and prioritize completing all web-based compliance and IT training.

You have a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in creative and strategic leadership and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or business. What to expect from your physical environment

  • Remote role within the State of Florida.
  • On site travel within the US may be required for company events and leadership sessions.
