Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze standard costing, inventory, and production costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to optimize cost efficiencies and support business growth.
• Assist in month-end close related to cost accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze variances, identify cost drivers, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to financial analysis and system improvements.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of standard cost, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
