Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships within the community and drive successful fundraising events .
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships with community leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to expand our network and influence.
  • Event Promotion: Market fundraising events through targeted outreach across multiple platforms to maximize participation and visibility.
  • Representation: Serve as a company ambassador at community events and meetings, ensuring our values and goals are communicated effectively.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure events run smoothly and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of engagement efforts to refine future initiatives.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent service to partners, sponsors, and event participants.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships.
  • Passion for Community Outreach: A commitment to making a positive difference in the community.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in team settings.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Event Planning Experience (Preferred): Experience in event planning or community relations is an asset, but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
