The ideal candidate is someone who has the following:  
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working on and managing commercial plumbing projects  
  • The ability to manage all phases of the projects from start to finish   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills  
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise field personnel   
  • Strong time management & organizational skills   
  • Budget and cost management   
  • A strong understanding of bidding processes  
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam  
What you’ll do:   
  • Be responsible for managing on all aspects of commercial projects  
  • Supervision of field personnel  
  • Scheduling manpower for individual projects  
  • Buy-outs and purchasing of material  
  • Scheduling material and equipment deliveries  
  • Generating and tracking RFI’s  
  • General Contractor interactions  
  • Working with estimator(s) during project turnovers  
  • Processing of all project paperwork to include billing, change orders, subcontracts, closeout documents, and more
