Qualifications:
* Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
* Data-Driven Result Oriented: Analytical, in-depth experience in Office Project Management within Commercial paint, takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances, able to strategize and navigate challenges with ease, employing your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.
* Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit
* Direct Estimator not required- but does need to understand the estimating process.
* Proficient with Planswift, Bluebeam, Core-Con.
* Due to safety-MUST BE Bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Located near or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
