Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator III

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator III to join our team. You will be responsible for a range of activities including study start-up, regulatory document maintenance, protocol preparation, and subject recruitment. You will ensure the ethical conduct of research, coordinate with various departments, and manage study visits. You will also handle data abstraction, process specimens, conduct literature searches, and monitor adverse events. Additional responsibilities include budget preparation, training of new personnel, and preparation for external audits.

Hard Skills

  • 5 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
  • 4-5 years of regulatory experience (Full IRB submittals and submitting amendments)
  • Oncology or Neurooncological experience
  • Report writing
  • Query updates

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Chicago, Illinois and some days remote.

Work hours are 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.
