Full Time Clinical Manager - 1256

A growing ABA agency is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Clinical Manager to lead and oversee a team of BCBAs and Therapists. The ideal candidate will thrive on helping others learn and grow, excel at organizing and rallying a team to produce high-quality work, and play a crucial role in ensuring that all team members feel valued and appreciated. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities Include:

Clinical Leadership:

• Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress.
• Collaborate with the R&D Department to develop and conduct clinical staff trainings.
• Work closely with other BCBAs and the leadership team to review and manage client cases.
• Stay updated on new research and developments in behavior analysis and share knowledge with team members.
• Interface directly with clients to ensure quality care.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of BCBAs and Therapists, ensuring clarity in work assignments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure that all team members feel valued and appreciated, maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral programs.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Ownership mentality, with a strong commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
• Creative problem solver with innovative ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
