Job Description

Skills:

Solid knowledge of change management, Experience in change management, Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

The Organizational Change Manager will use change management principles and practices to lead and manage the change management activities and integrate change and user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project.

SALARY RANGE: 100K TO 110K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Experience:

6 years overall experience in IT operations with solid knowledge of change management.

5 years proven experience in change management, especially within large-scale transformation projects.

4 years strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

4 years experience in change management grounded in ITIL principles and practices.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

4 years with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or CMAP) or equivalent experience.

4 years demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

4 years managing ambiguity, driving through business challenges, with a strong sense of accountability.

4 years strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

4 years excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
