Bookkeeper- MUST HAVE: QuickBooks Online | High-Volume | Multi-Client Experience
Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote After 4 Weeks Onsite Training)
Pay: $50-57k depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with (REQUIRED) advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a proven ability to manage a high volume of work across multiple clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience juggling the financial needs of numerous clients simultaneously, we want to hear from you. This role is not a fit for candidates who have only worked with one client at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial records for up to 30 clients using QuickBooks Online.
Accurately record and categorize all financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
Maintain organized and thorough documentation of financial activities.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for clients.
Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and provide support.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Online.
Experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize and manage time across a high volume of tasks.
Knowledge of standard accounting practices and regulations.

Additional Details:
Must be located in North Carolina.
Initial 4 weeks of paid in-office training in Raleigh, NC (hotel accommodations provided).
Fully remote work after training.

Quarterly performance-based bonuses.
