Position Highlights:

  • Practice Primary Care to the full scope of your license
  • Full-time position; 36 patient contact hours weekly
  • 18-22 patients per day on average
  • EPIC EMR system with Dragon dictation
  • Dedicated MA for rooming and support
  • Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
  • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Answer urgent/emergent patient calls after hours by phone, one week every 2-3 months

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license or ability to obtain by start date
  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA
  • Current DEA registration or ability to by start date
  • Current BLS certification


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing patient care under a Value Based Care Model
  • Experience in Primary Care
  • Knowledge of HEDIS measures, CAHPS, HOS, HCC Coding documentation
  • Proficient in Medicare Annual Wellness visits
  • Proficient in EMR systems & technology


Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 to $ $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
