Job Description:
Keyspan is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Health Coach with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Health Coach at Keyspan, you will play a vital role in delivering our innovative programs involving nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and supplement protocols based on blood biomarkers. You will collaborate closely with our nutritional and clinical teams to ensure we provide the best possible recommendations and services to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized behavior change strategies to members based on their unique health data.
- Implement Keyspan’s programming, including nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and supplement protocols.
- Work with nutritional and clinical teams to develop comprehensive wellness plans.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment with ease and enthusiasm.
- Provide support and guidance to members, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Continuously update knowledge on best practices in health coaching, nutrition, and exercise.
Requirements:
- National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-paced, and ever-changing startup environment.
- Strong experience in delivering behavior change strategies.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a clinical setting with medical professionals is a plus.
- Additional training or experience in nutrition and exercise is beneficial but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $34 per hour
