First Step to Excellence Health Care Training Academy is seeking an Entry Level Certified Phlebotomy Clinical Instructor to join our team in Chicago. Minimum 5 years' experience. As a Phlebotomy Clinical Instructor, you will work on-site to provide hands-on training to our students in the field of phlebotomy. This is a contractor position with a salary range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour in USD. If you are passionate about teaching and have experience in phlebotomy, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training to students in the field of phlebotomy
• Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in phlebotomy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus
