Who You Are:

• Experienced and Driven: You have 3+ years of experience in private equity and M&A, with a proven track record of managing transaction components independently and thriving in team environments.

• Top Academic Credentials: You bring outstanding academic achievements and comparable law firm experience and are ready to contribute at the highest level.
  
• Licensed to Practice: Admission to the Bar in the location where this position is based (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
