We are currently hiring for the role of Inside Sales: Appointment Setter. Key responsibilities:

• Your mission is to contact customers who have requested more information about the renovations we offer. You will only be contacting customers who have already expressed interest. (NO cold calling.)
• Your primary goal is to answer customer questions and schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with them and provide custom quotes for their projects. 
• Record customer information, notes, etc in our CRM
• Send confirmation texts and emails

Here is what we are looking for:

• Customer Service experience with Sales background preferred
• Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctual, sense of urgency
• Attention to detail
• High computer competencies, experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite preferred
• Ability to adapt to different personality types
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• This is an on-site position at our Oldsmar, FL office, not a remote position.
