Job Duties:
Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds at our communities. Excellent customer service experience is required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
