Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple yard associates for our logistics team.

This is a fast paced and physically involved position. In this role, you will be required to maintain our yard and assist customers with locating their orders. A large portion of the work day will be spent processing orders and maintaining machinery. No prior experience is required, we are willing to train the right employee to complete all job duties. 

The schedule will be Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime based on project requirements. No weekend work will be available for this role.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in all areas of the yard and completing any tasks that are assigned to you
• Working with your team and managers to effectively complete projects
• Learning how to perform basic maintenance of machinery
• Cleaning off machines and ensuring they are prepared for each job
• Completing reports and submitting them after each project
• Loading and unloading items into vehicles
• Working directly with customers and remaining professional at all times
• Remaining organized and prioritizing job duties
• Learning to operate a forklift and completing our certification training

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or in a yard is preferred but it is not required
• Clear communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
