Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner.
We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 5 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures central lines intubations and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a full time 5 days/week position flexible hours. PostAcute Care wound care program located in Toledo OH market. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 5 days of work in Toledo OH market. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.

* Compensation is base salary plus Quarterly RVU Bonus. Base/Bonus Range 115K155K/year
