JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $16 an hour

Equipment is provided!

Location: Work from Home (must live within 30 miles of Houston, TX)

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch) Days are assigned/Must be flexible.

Brief List of Job Responsibilities:

• Place high-volume outbound calls to obtain records.
• Perform repetitive tasks while adhering to call center metrics (number of dials, time on calls, results).
• Adhere to call center guidelines related to call quality.
• Utilize computer proficiency skills to complete tasks.
  
  

Requirements:

• Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX.
• Able to pick up equipment in Houston, TX.
• Previous call center, contact center, or telemarketing experience.
• Basic computer skills: Able to copy/paste, use MS Word and Outlook, navigate multiple screens, and learn new software.
• Have high-speed home internet already installed.
• High School Diploma or GED
