Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Scheduler to join our dynamic travel team. As a remote Hotel Scheduler, you will be responsible form managing and coordinating hotel reservations for individual clients

and group bookings. Your primary role will be to ensure that all accommodation is secured, confirmed, and meets the specific needs of travelers.

 

• Handle hotel bookings for clients, ensuring reservations align with their travel itineraries and preferences
• Maintain and update client hotel schedules, confirming details with hotels and communicating with clients about any changes
• Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, securing the best options for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ hotel-related concerns and requests promptly
• Assist with changes or cancelation of hotel reservations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s travel plans
• Collaborate with other travel professionals and suppliers to optimize accommodation options for clients
• Keep up-to-date with hotel trends, promotions, and special offers to provide clients with the best choices
