LoveBound Destinations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Work From Home Hotel Reservationist to join our team. This vital position is centered around managing hotel bookings for our clients, ensuring a tailored and seamless experience that matches their distinctive travel needs.

The perfect candidate is an energetic individual blessed with exceptional organizational prowess, an acute eye for detail, and adept at communicating effectively in both written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities:

• Hotel Reservations: Efficiently handle booking inquiries through phone, email, and our website, providing a fluid reservation process for our clients.
• Client Relations: Keep detailed records of client preferences and requirements to make their stay as personalized and enjoyable as possible.
• Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain positive relationships with hotels and other accommodation providers to obtain the best rates and accommodations for our clients.
• Travel Itinerary Planning: Help in crafting detailed travel itineraries by arranging hotel stays that are in harmony with clients' broader travel plans and desires.
• Special Requests Handling: Manage special requests for clients, including room upgrades, late checkouts, and organizing for special occasions, to enrich their travel experience.
• Feedback and Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to gather feedback and address any issues, with the goal of continuously enhancing our service quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
