Job Description

  • Mig welding of aluminum and steel.
  • Some fabrication will be required with this position.
  • Welding on carbon steel of various thickness with MIG.
  • Welding on aluminum of various thickness in with MIG.
  • Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality.
  • Must be proficient in aluminum and steel.
  • Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity.
  • Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required.
  • Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience Mig & Tig welding aluminum & steel
  • Certified Welder a plus
  • Must be able to read prints & ACCURATELY read a tape measure
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.
