Home Care Assistance is hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care to seniors. We support our caregivers with the training, tools, and recognition they deserve.
Position Highlights
Full-Time & Part-Time one-on-one assignments
Weekend shifts available: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8 AM – 8 PM
Overtime opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
$16–$19/hour + $175 Perfect Attendance bonus every payday
Paid training & tuition reimbursement for Nursing & CNA programs

Responsibilities
Personal care: bathing, hygiene, grooming
Meal preparation & light housekeeping
Transportation assistance
Transferring & ambulation support
Companionship & emotional support
Requirements
Minimum 24 hours/week availability. Must be able to work Weekend shifts
6+ months of professional caregiving experience or CNA/MA training
Ability to transfer up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices
Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
Clean background & driving record
Must pass a drug screen
