We're currently seeking a determined business manager contractor who has the below qualities.

Some of your duties will consist of putting in proposals, working with contractors and clients to ensure project success, and reporting hours worked. You'll get paid for ever hour a member of your team works on a project, and our business model is such that when you need more software engineers, we can add them to your team without budget constraints.

Requirements

1. Based in the US (IMPORTANT! Our process only works for people in the US.)
2. Has at least 5 years of experience in any programming language
3. Great time management skills and can commit to at least 20 hours of work per week
4. Even tempered and able to handle the rare high pressure situation that may arise over time
5. Excited about your line of work
6. Focused and dedicated, not indecisive

Prior experience in at least one of the following capacities

1. Web development agency manager
2. Product manager
3. Recruiting
4. Business owner
5. Intrepreneurial work
6. Other similar management profession

Payment

You make $20 for every hour a member of your team works. With a team of 10 people working a modest 10 hour work week, that translates to $104,000 per year! The more people you have working, the more you make.
