You'll get paid for ever hour a member of your team works on a project, and our business model is such that when you need more software engineers, we can add them to your team without budget constraints.

Requirements
Prior experience in at least one of the following capacities
Payment
You make $20 for every hour a member of your team works. With a team of 10 people working a modest 10 hour work week, that translates to $104,000 per year! The more people you have working, the more you make.
