Job Description :

Required Skills:

• Full Stack Development: Experience with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework).

• Front-End Development: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

• Message Queues: Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus for asynchronous communication.

• Event-Driven Programming: Familiarity with event handlers.

• Batch Processing: Knowledge of scheduling and batch job techniques.

• Desktop Applications: Experience in designing and developing user applications.

• 8+ years in .NET development, supporting and troubleshooting applications, upgrading legacy systems.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices, database best practices, and root cause analysis.

• Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST), SQL scripting, and batch processing/queues.

• Experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role.

• Strong programming and design practices.

• Quick learning ability, analytical skills, and effective communication.

• Ability to develop technical specifications, work plans, and test procedures.

Nice to Have:

• Authentication: Application authentication using Active Directory.

• ComponentOne: Experience with Win/Web Forms Controls.

• Legacy Modernization: Experience in modernizing and migrating legacy applications.

• Automated Testing: Setting up automated testing frameworks..

• Container management (Docker, Kubernetes).

• State or Local Government work history.

• UI development using .NET MVC, Telerek, Blazor, or single-page apps (Vue, React, Angular).

Example Responsibilities:

• Design and code new and existing systems (UIs, reports, batch jobs, business logic, data access).

• Prepare problem definitions, workflows, and test plans.

• Develop and debug programs, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive condition handling.

• Create reusable test scripts and plans.

• Understand business requirements and suggest improvements for user experience.

• Communicate updates and changes to management.

• Support other team initiatives as needed.
