As a subdivision of our parent company,  Relay , we collaborate on projects that offer clients a seamless digital experience, combining branded websites with custom software. Together, we provide comprehensive digital solutions that make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their unique audiences.

What You'll Do:

• Web Design: Collaborate with our design team, contribute to the branding process, and implement brand solutions to create distinctive and engaging web experiences.
• Wireframing & Content Flows: Design high-fidelity wireframes and content flows that guide specific audiences through intuitive, user-friendly experiences, drawing upon UI and UX design principles.
• Prototyping & Art Direction: Create interactive Figma prototypes, implement internal art direction, and refine designs by incorporating client feedback.
• Versatile & Adaptable: Easily switch between projects, clients, and design tasks, maintaining high quality and creativity across everything from branding to website design to graphic assets.
• Present & Communicate: Deliver polished presentations that clearly convey design solutions to both clients and internal team.
• Wear Many Hats: Take on various design responsibilities, including asset production, template building, and social media design.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Web Portfolio : Provide a portfolio of work that demonstrates your mastery of interactive website design, specifically in the areas of creative typography, layout, and UI animations.
• Skill Set: Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Proficiency in creative typography and type hierarchy.
• Education: BA or BFA in Graphic, Web, or Interactive Design
• Location: Must be U.S. based.
• Mindset: A love of learning and a desire to continually expand your skill set. Willingness to take on new challenges and tasks as needed.

Bonus Points For:

• Webflow Expertise: Experience and knowledge of designing and developing in Webflow.
• Sector Experience: Previous work with startups or nonprofits.
• Animation Skills: Familiarity with animation tools like After Effects, Keyshape, or CSS animations.
• Creative Copywriting: Ability to craft engaging and concise copy that is both brand-forward and highly functional.
