The Web Designer will be responsible for daily site maintenance as well as
producing all pages and assets on sites including web landing pages, product detail pages, and document management. The Web Designer is expected to work collaboratively with UX/UI Designers, Web Project Managers, SEO Specialists, and IT roles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: ● Design and publish website content using content management system, as well as hand-coded HTML and CSS development as needed. ● Responsible for content changes and daily maintenance of product pages and document library across clients ● Work closely with clients, UX/UI Designers, copywriters, graphic designers and others to bring new projects and ideas to life ● Act as a content author and publisher in Sitecore CMS. ● Promote and ensure design and brand guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards in all executions ● Produce rich animation using Ceros or other tools and integrate into designs as needed ● Work with UI kit daily, understanding in-depth functionality of all elements, components and Templates QUALIFICATIONS: ● Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques including responsive design, user-centered and interaction design. ● Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals and UI/UX principles ● Able to learn about new concepts concerning web design components ● The ability to manage and keep track of a vast number of files ● Must be able to work cross-functionally ● Ability to manage projects efficiently and manage own workload.
