Job Description

Job Title : Web Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Design responsive, user-friendly website layouts, mockups, and interfaces
Create graphics, icons, and visual elements to support content and branding
Collaborate with developers to implement web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Optimize web designs for performance, SEO, and accessibility
Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
Participate in user research and usability testing when needed
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

Experience in web design or UI/UX design
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience in JavaScript or front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Bootstrap) is a plus
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing web design projects is required
Experience working in Agile development environments
Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization
Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
Basic animation and interaction design skills using tools like After Effects or Lottie
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
