Role: Warranty Data Analyst Pattern Expansion Specialist (Analyst 2)

Location: Warren, MI (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable logic to map supplier responsibility based on resolved warranty claims.
Analyze high-volume warranty datasets to identify trends, gaps, and unmapped claims.
Apply structured business rules to enrich data and attribute claims to the correct supplier.
Collaborate with recovery leads to validate logic, refine assumptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Track and report on recovery value unlocked through successful pattern expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in data analysis, warranty operations, or supplier cost recovery (preferred).
Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data summarization).
Experience working with large datasets; capable of reviewing and interpreting 15,000+ rows of data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Understanding of automotive systems, warranty processes, or supplier attribution is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability.
