Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency within the warehouse.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for seamless distribution processes.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed, ensuring safe practices are followed.

Skills

Proper labeling, storage, designated areas based on allergen and non-allergen zones.
Ensure (i.e., temperature-sensitive goods) are handled according to FDA guidelines.
Confirm raw materials and finished products have FDA-compliant labeling.
Develop cleaning and sanitation for warehouse areas, following NSF and FDA standards.
Trained in NSF-compliant cleaning practices, proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure food safety standards.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
