Position Overview

Keep our communities fed.

Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities. As a Shipping Clerk, you will verify and keep records on outgoing shipments.

• Earn: $19.00 per hour
• Shift: 2nd shift 4 day, 10 hour shift

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Record shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accouting, and record keeping purposes
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications.

• Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)
• Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.

Years Of Experience

• 0-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience. Pallet Jack experience preferred.
