OnTrac is hiring a Lead Package Handler !

Location: 5959 Randolph St. Commerce, CA 90040 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Friday - Monday from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:  

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred 
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both 
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age 

Your Mission in Motion:  

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery. 
• Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately. 
• Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative. 
• Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
