Job Description

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Lead, Dot Com Dept, 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $22.75 /hour plus $2.00 shift diff. The hours for first shift are Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30 p.m., with opportunities for overtime.

Job Description

• Lead the department in the processing of outbound orders.
• Give direction on picking and special orders
• Train new employees
• Process end of day paperwork
• Troubleshoot miss-picks and missing product
• Audit orders for accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English,
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Adept knowledge of RF Scanners/Systems
• Efficiently able to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-Down, Reach Truck or Walkie-Rider)
• Understand the basic throughput of a Logistics Operation 
• Proven leadership of 10 or more people in a Warehouse setting
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in warehousing
