Job Responsibilities:
*Shipping and Receiving:
Receiving: Accept incoming shipments, check for damage, and ensure items match purchase orders
Storing: Organize and label incoming stock, and keep inventory accurate, FIFO
Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, and label outgoing packages –on a timely basis
*Warehousing:
Safety: Follow safety regulations and procedures, such as wearing protective equipment and ensuring aisles are clear
Organization: Set priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
Maintaining records: Keep track of inventory, shipping, and purchase orders
Respond to phone calls and emails, and communicate with vendors
A quarterly physical inventory and work to identify gaps
Solve Issues-such as addressing supply chain issues
Ability to drive a fork lift
*System / Accounting:
Capable of working on a comprehensive business IT software (i.e., inputting customer orders , modifying orders, creating purchase orders, inventory pricing, etc.)
Complete monthly sales tracking report to key supplier
*Product Knowledge:
Over time, learn about our Personal Protective Equipment products and as a result able to interact with customers when needed
Over time, learn about our technical gas detection products in order to support the customer
*Skill Sets Required:
Drive a culture of teamwork, productivity & efficiency
Team Player- small company, need to pitch in where needed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills to ensure organized inventory and efficiency
The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner

Physical ability required (e.g., lifting boxes)
Possess a valid driver’s license
