Job Description

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be an essential part of our Data Enrichment team, dedicated to ensuring high-quality data enrichment for our clients. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our quality standards and contributing to our quality control processes.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally, utilizing both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Verify information from third-party sources by cross-checking with online databases.
Execute Enrichment Tasks accurately and within defined timelines.
Perform tasks such as data entry, vendor resource verification, and status follow-ups with various entities.
Adapt to process and information changes, demonstrating flexibility in your approach.
May be required to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
