The position is a Visiting Professor role with the potential for a tenure-track appointment. This is a 10-month position for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Responsibilities:
Teaching seven courses for the 2025 - 2026 academic year
Assess and grade assignments, projects, and exams, returning them to students promptly
Provide in-person office hours each week to support students with guidance and refer them to support services as needed
Participate in curriculum review, modification, and assessment of student learning outcomes
Engage in ongoing professional development in both the academic discipline and teaching methods
Collaborate with other faculty members to align course requirements and contribute to departmental goals
Masters in Economic is required, while a PhD in Economics preferred; candidates with a PhD in a related field (e.g., Finance) and relevant work experience will also be considered.
Strong commitment to student-centered teaching and scholarly research.
Evidence of successful undergraduate teaching experience.
Business experience is desirable.
The allotted salary range for for this position is $65,000 - $75,000
