Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and detailoriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Scheduling Assistants for Travel. This role is perfect for those who love to plan are passionate about travel and are looking for a flexible work opportunity. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Coordinate and manage travel schedules for clients
  
• Arrange flights accommodations transportation and activities based on client preferences
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience
  
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries
  
• Communicate effectively with clients via email phone and messaging platforms
  
• Stay informed about travel trends deals and destination information

• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
• Must be bilingual
  
• Must reside and have work authorization in Mexico
  
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online tools and applications
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  
• Must have a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection
