Job Description

Create and execute memorable and seamless destination events for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their event vision, goals, and requirements.  Gather relevant details, including budget, guest count, preferred destinations, and specific event preferences.
• Identify and recommend suitable destinations based on client preferences, budget constraints, and logistical considerations.  Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors, hotels, and other service providers.
• Develop creative and personalized event concepts aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and executed.  Create detailed timelines, production schedules, and itineraries for the entire event.
• Develop and manage budgets for each event.
