Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive calendars and appointments.
Oversee email management and ensure timely responses.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents.
Handle social media management and content scheduling.
Develop and optimize workflows, processes, and organizational structures.
Conduct research on technologies and provide recommendations.
Update and manage CRM systems with accurate data entry.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and dining reservations.
Assist with project coordination and event planning.
Provide support with personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri), with at least 20 hours per week dedicated to this role.
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
In-home office setup, including a computer (Mac or PC with webcam), minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Smartphone with email capabilities.
A designated quiet, professional workspace.
Additional Information:
This is a 1099 contractor role.
The pay range is $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience and skills. Contractors are paid a fixed rate monthly, based on contracted hours. Note that hours and clients are not guaranteed.
