Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Vice President, Group Director of Media to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will lead our Biddable Media efforts, guiding a multi-capability team towards achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop tactical planning decks outlining recommended tasks, deliverables, and timelines for new and existing clients.
Contribute to new business development initiatives.
Create proposals and Statements of Work for clients.
Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities to a team of 10-20 members at various levels, ensuring high-quality work standards.
Structure the team to meet evolving needs and manage team allocations effectively.
Champion the agency's strategic approach, guiding both clients and the client services team.
Recommend strategies and tactics to meet or exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with Operations/Project Management to ensure timely delivery of all work, utilizing status reports and project management software.
Maintain client satisfaction through regular health checks and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Oversee the delivery of keyword research, social listening, analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Lead the Paid Media teams (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic), ensuring high-quality deliverables and metrics reporting.
Provide training and conduct employee reviews as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations.
Represent our agency as a thought leader at events and through publications.

Qualifications:

A 4-year college degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
Experience with Fortune 500 companies or at a large agency is preferred.
A solid number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEM (30+) and Paid Social (30+).
Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
Proven leadership abilities with prior P&L management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Outstanding thought leadership and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of web technologies and working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores.
Expert knowledge of paid search engine marketing, display, and paid social.
Experience in SEO, programmatic, and email marketing.
A minimum of 5 years of team management experience and a proven track record of developing and motivating high-caliber talent.
At least 12 years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and media campaigns.
A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
