• Physician in Practice: 2 PT MDs
• Support Staff: 3 PSR, 1 surgery scheduler, 2 CMA
  • 1 LPN, 1 Vasc Tech, RN/Practice Manager
• Procedures:
• Vascular: Aneurysm Repairs, Thoracic
  • Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral
  • Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
• Endovascular:
  • Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass
  • Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment
  • Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
• Treatment of: Vascular Malformations, Median Arcuate Ligament, Nutcracker Syndromes
• Endo Therapy: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
• No of ORs: 6 (Main), 2 (CVT)
  • Hybrid Room with 2 Cath Labs
• EMR: Epic
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

Requirements:

• Active VA License.
• BC
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Clean background.
